What we collect

• Account details: name, email, phone number and password (stored hashed).
• Event content: names, dates, venues, photos and messages you add to invitations.
• Guest details you add: names, phone numbers, email addresses and their RSVP answers.
• Technical data: device, browser, approximate location and pages viewed, used to keep the service secure and fast.

How we use it

To build and deliver your invitations, show you RSVPs, process payments, send service messages (such as payment confirmation) and improve the product. We do not sell personal data and we do not show third-party advertising.

Guests

Guest data belongs to the host who added it. We use it only to deliver the invitation and record responses. Guests may ask the host, or us, to remove their details.

Sharing

We share data only with providers needed to run the service (hosting, email delivery, payment verification) under confidentiality obligations, or where required by law.

Retention

Event pages stay live for twelve months after the event, then are archived. You can delete an event, or your whole account, at any time from your dashboard.

Your rights

You can access, correct, export or delete your data from your account settings or by contacting us. We respond within 30 days.

Cookies

We use a single session cookie to keep you signed in and essential cookies for security. No tracking cookies are set without consent.
