Terms of service

1. The service

InviteGala lets you create online invitation cards and event pages, share them by link and collect responses from guests. We may add, change or retire features over time.

2. Your account

You must be 18 or older, or have a guardian's permission, to create an account. Keep your password private and tell us if you suspect unauthorised use. You are responsible for content published under your account.

3. Your content

Names, photos, text and guest details you upload remain yours. You grant us a licence to store, display and transmit them only as needed to provide the service. Do not upload content you do not have the right to use, or content that is unlawful, hateful or deceptive.

4. Our designs

Templates, ornaments, fonts arrangements and software are owned by InviteGala or its licensors. Personalised cards may be shared and printed for your own event; templates may not be resold or redistributed as templates.

5. Payments & refunds

Prices are shown in Pakistani rupees unless stated otherwise and are charged per event. Manual payments (JazzCash, Easypaisa, bank transfer) are activated after verification. Refunds are available within 7 days if the event has not been published and no files have been downloaded.

6. Availability

Published invitations remain online for twelve months after the event date, after which they may be archived. We aim for high availability but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service.

7. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, InviteGala is not liable for indirect losses such as missed RSVPs or guests who do not open a link. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the affected event.

8. Changes

We may update these terms; material changes will be announced on the site or by email. Continued use after a change means you accept the new terms.
