Your invitation website is the main thing you share, but you can also send files. These are a video for each function (on animated designs), still pictures for WhatsApp status, and image cards as PNG or PDF. Everything is on the Design & media tab.
Videos (animated designs)
- 1
Find the Videos section
Open Design & media and scroll to Videos. There's one row for the Full invitation and one for each function.
- 2
Make a video
Click Make video on a row, or Make all videos to make them one after another. Each takes about 1–2 minutes. Keep the tab open while you see “Making your video…”.
- 3
Watch and download
When a row shows “Made”, click Watch to check it, then Download to save the MP4. On a phone, WhatsApp opens the share sheet so you can send the video directly.
- 4
Remake after changes
Videos don't change by themselves. If you edit names, dates or music, click Remake on that row, or Remake all.
Still pictures from your animation
Under Pictures from your animation, click Make picture on a function. It makes a tall still image, sized for WhatsApp status and Instagram stories. Click PNG to download it, or Save to keep it with your invitation.
Image cards (PNG or PDF)
- 1
Scroll to Image cards
On Design & media, the Image cards section has one card per function.
- 2
Download
Next to Download, click Picture (PNG) for WhatsApp and social media, or PDF to print a few copies for elders.
- 3
Change the look (optional)
Pick a different colour from the swatches, or click Change design for … to use another design for that card. Change design for all functions changes every card at once.
Fine-tune a card
Click Fine-tune in editor to adjust a card's text and layout. Click Save in the editor, then Done to return. Open website shows your invitation in a new tab.
Next: Send invitations on WhatsApp.
