Music, photos and the envelope

This guide covers the finishing touches: the music that plays when guests open your invitation, your photos, and the envelope they tap to open it. Where you set the music depends on whether you chose an animated design or a card design.

Music on animated designs

   Open Design & media

   Open your invitation and click the Design & media tab, then scroll to Music.

   Listen and choose

   Press play on any track to hear it, then click Use. The track you're using shows Chosen. The one marked “Design's choice” came with your design.

   Or use your own

   Click Upload your own (MP3 / M4A) and choose a file under 20 MB. Click No music for silence, or Use the design's music to go back.

This music plays on your website and in the videos you make. If you change it after making videos, click Remake on each video to include the new track.

Make the animated design yours

Under Your animated invitation, the Make it yours area lets you change the design's colours and some of its text. Changes show in the preview straight away. Click Save changes to use them on your website and in new videos, or Original look to undo them. To switch to a different scene, click Change animated design.

Music on card designs

Go to Settings → Invitation page → Background music. Paste an MP3 link or click Upload, then click Save settings. The music plays once guests open the envelope.

Photos

• Card photos (for example a couple or child photo): Details & functions → Your details → Photos & contacts → Upload photo.
• Click Save details when you're done.

The envelope

   Open Settings

   Click the Settings tab and scroll to Envelope.

   Turn it on or off

   Envelope opening animation makes guests tap a wax seal to open your invitation. Turn it off to open straight onto the invitation.

   Pick colours

   Choose a ready-made style (Ivory & gold, Blush, Emerald, Royal maroon, Mehndi, Navy or Sage), or set the Envelope, Liner and Wax seal colours yourself. The preview beside them updates as you go.

   Add initials

   Type up to 4 characters in Seal initials, for example A&A. Then click Save settings.

Also under Settings → Invitation page: the Countdown timer, the Wishes & guestbook, the Language of the page labels and the Page backdrop colour.
