Track opens, replies and headcount

Once your links are out, InviteGala keeps count for you: who has opened their invitation, who has replied, and how many people are coming to each function. Replies appear as soon as guests send them.

Set up your RSVP first

   Open Settings → RSVP

   Make sure Collect RSVPs is on. Set a Reply by (deadline) if you want replies to close on a certain date.

   Choose what to ask

   Turn on Ask which functions guests will attend to get a headcount per function. Ask for number of children and Allow plus-ones on the public link are optional. Max party size (public link) limits replies from the main link; private links use each guest's seats.

   Add your own questions

   Under Custom questions, click Add question. Choose Short answer, Yes / No or Multiple choice, and tick Required if needed. Click Save settings.

What guests do

On the RSVP page, guests choose Attending or Can't attend for each function. They pick How many people? within their seats and can leave a Message for the hosts. Then they tap Send my reply. Private-link guests are already named. Group-link visitors type their name and WhatsApp number. Guests can come back and tap Change my reply until the deadline passes.

Check opens on Guests & links

• Not sent: you haven't sent their link yet.
• Sent: sent, but not opened yet.
• Opened ×2 (and so on): how many times they've opened it.
• Replied · 4 coming or Replied · can't come: their answer.

Use the status filter (for example Opened, no reply or No reply yet) to find who to remind. Opens from your own previews aren't counted.

   Open Replies

   Click the Replies tab. At the top, Headcount shows how many are coming to each function against how many you invited.

   All replies or By guest

   All replies lists every answer with its message and link type. By guest shows your guest list with each person's answer per function.

3. 3

   Filter and search

   Filter by function, or by answer (Coming or Can't come), or search by name.

4. 4

   Export for your caterer

   Click Export CSV to download every reply, including custom answers, as a spreadsheet.
