Understanding packages

InviteGala is a one-time payment for one invitation. There's no subscription and no charge per guest. This guide explains how the price is made up so you can choose the right package. For current prices, see pricing.

How the price is made up

• The design. Each design has its own one-time price, shown on its page and in its demo.
• The package. At checkout you choose a package. The total is the design price plus any package add-on.
• Access period. Each package keeps your invitation live for a set time, shown on the package as “live for …”.

What every invitation includes

• Your animated invitation, with music, and every function, venue, map and countdown.
• Extras to download from your dashboard: a video of each function for WhatsApp status, and still cards (PNG or PDF).
• The main link for everyone, plus a link for each function.
• RSVPs, wishes and a headcount per function.

What the Guest List package adds

Packages without the Guest List say “Private links per guest not included”. The Guest List package unlocks:

• A private link for every guest or family that greets them by name.
• Choosing which functions each guest is invited to, and how many seats they have.
• Group links for circles such as “Office colleagues” or “Bride's friends”.
• Tracking who has opened their invitation and who has replied.

Comparing packages for your invitation

   Open your invitation

   Go to My invitations and open your invitation. While it's in preview, the panel on the Overview lists each package with its total for your design.

   Pick at checkout

   Click Go live. Under 1. Choose your package, each card shows the total, what's included and how long it stays live. The package marked Most chosen is selected for you; click another to switch.

Upgrading later

If you went live without the Guest List, you can add it later and pay only the difference. Use Unlock private links on the Overview or on Guests & links. At checkout, packages you already have are marked You have this.
